Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MakerQuote: 3D Print Calc ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not download, install, or use the Application.

2. License & Local-First Utility

MakerQuote grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on your personal mobile devices in accordance with these Terms and the applicable application store rules. The Application functions as a local-first software utility: all records, catalog spools, and calculations reside on your device.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (PRO Tier)

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may manage and cancel subscriptions at any time via your device's Store Account Settings.
• Lifetime License: The Lifetime purchase grants a non-consumable, permanent entitlement to the PRO features on your supported devices.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Manufacturing Responsibility

MakerQuote is a technical financial modeling and quotation calculator. It provides estimates based on formulas, parameters, and prices input by the operator.

Notice: Physical fabrication variables (including but not limited to filament density variance, printer failure rates, energy tariff fluctuations, dimensional accuracy, thermal shrinkage, and structural load capacity) remain solely within the operational purview and responsibility of the maker or workshop. MakerQuote does not warrant that physical manufactured outputs will conform to estimated benchmarks without mechanical validation.

5. Data Backup & User Sovereignty

Because MakerQuote stores data locally (SQLite) for total privacy, the operator is responsible for performing periodic data backups using the integrated JSON export function in App Settings prior to changing devices or performing operating system updates.

6. App Store Standard Terms

For downloads via the Apple App Store, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies: Apple Standard EULA. For Google Play downloads, Google Play Terms of Service apply: Google Play Terms.
